Delinda Scarborough Goad is the director/owner of the studio. She is married to Rob Goad. Being a dance studio proprietor has always been her goal.  She has been a dancer for 26 years. She danced for 17 years under the direction of Nanci Hargrove at the Union City Ballet School. While dancing at the school, she began to teach dance to all ages. She has taught dance for over 9 years under the direction of Sacchi Doss.  In addition to teaching, she enjoys being involved in the local community theatre, she has participated in numerous Masquerade Theatre Productions since the age of 9. She is a graduate of Obion County Central High Scool. After graduation, she attended Dyersburg State Community College. In May of 2002, she graduated with honors and received a Degree in Business Administration. For the past 6 years she has been an employee of Abernathy's Motorcycle Sales. Currently still employed with Abernathy's, she is now achieving her goal of becoming a dance studio proprietor. She is very passionate about her work and very dedicated to all of her parents & students.

To create a strong technical foundation for dancers while encouraging them to reach their full artistic potential. Each class is designed to motivate dancers through creativity and discipline. At Stepz, I know that dancing is and should be fun.
